Account Deletion & Data Removal
If you choose to delete your Critical Ops account, all personal data tied to that account will be permanently wiped from our systems. This is the most direct way to ensure that we no longer store your data.
You can delete your account directly through your profile in-game. Once deleted, this action cannot be reversed. More information on account deletion can be found here.
Requesting Your Data
If you'd like to request a copy of the data associated with your Critical Ops account, you can contact our support team. To help us process your request, please make sure to:
- Reach out from the account for which you want the data. For privacy reasons, we do not give this out to third parties
- Include your in-game username and User ID
Once we’ve verified the request, we’ll provide the data in a commonly used format
