Account Deletion

We're sad to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your Critical Ops account, you can initiate the process directly from your profile within the game. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and once completed, all progress, purchases, and data associated with your account will be lost permanently.

Here's how to schedule your account deletion:

1. Launch Critical Ops and go to the main menu.
2. Tap the profile emblem in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down until you see the "Delete Account" option.
4. You'll be asked to confirm your in-game name. This is to make sure you do not accidentally start this process.
5. After entering your name, tap "Schedule Account Deletion." This will begin the process of deleting your account.

Important Information:

• After scheduling your account deletion, it will take 7 days to process. During this time, your account will be marked for deletion, but it won't be permanently removed until the 7-day period has passed. This is a safety precaution to prevent accidental deletions, and it cannot be skipped.
• Once the deletion process is complete, your account, progress, and purchases cannot be recovered, so please be sure of your decision before proceeding.
