Linking your Critical Ops account
To ensure the security of your Critical Ops account and make account recovery possible, it is essential to link your game account to a platform (Facebook, Google Play, Apple ID, or Game Center). Here’s how you can link your account:
How to Link Your Account:
- Tap Your Username Once you’ve finished the tutorial, tap your username in the upper-left corner of the main menu.
- Choose Your Preferred Link From the menu, tap the social media platform you wish to link to (Facebook, Google Play, Apple ID, or Game Center).
- Provide the Requested Information Follow the prompts to provide the login details for the platform you’re linking to.
Account Linking Options:
You can link your Critical Ops account to all four supported platforms simultaneously (Facebook, Game Center, Apple ID, and Google). This offers flexibility if you need to recover your account or log in from different devices.
Transferring Your Account Between Android and iOS
You can transfer your Critical Ops account between Android and iOS, but it’s important to note that iOS does not support Google Play login, and Android does not support Game Center. Facebook is the only platform that supports linking across both Android and iOS.
To transfer your account between Android and iOS:
- Link Your Account to Facebook While playing on your Android or iOS device, make sure your Critical Ops account is linked to Facebook.
- Log In on the Other Device Once your account is linked to Facebook, install Critical Ops on the other device (whether switching from Android to iOS or vice versa). Log in with your Facebook credentials, and you can access your account on the new device.
Changing Your Linked Profile
Please note that we do not provide account linking or unlinking services. Players cannot unlink or switch the social media profile their Critical Ops account is linked to, and unfortunately, we are unable to assist with these requests
If you need to update the email address associated with your Critical Ops account, this must be done through the platform your account is linked to. For help with updating your email, managing your linked profile, or restoring access, please contact the support service of the platform you're using (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Apple Game Center).
Important Notes:
- Do not share your account details (username, password, etc.) with others. Critical Ops developers will never ask for your password.
- To recover your account, it must be linked to a platform (Facebook, Google Play, Game Center, or Apple ID). If your account is not linked, it cannot be recovered after a reinstall or device change.
- If your account was never linked to any platform, there is nothing we can do to recover it. Think of linking your account as saving it. Without linking, your account will be discarded when you reinstall or change your device.
- Facebook is the only platform that supports linking across both Android and iOS. Google Play login will only work on Android devices, while Game Center will only work on iOS devices.
