Transfer Your Account Between Android and iOS

If you're switching between Android and iOS and want to keep your progress in Critical Ops, it's essential to know how account linking works across platforms.

⚠️ Please note: our support team cannot manually link or unlink accounts. This process is entirely handled through the game itself, and there is no way for us to do it on your behalf. ⚠️

Can I Transfer My Account Between Android and iOS?

Yes, but only if your account is linked to Facebook or Google.

  • Facebook and Google are the only login methods that work across both Android and iOS.
  • Other login options, like Google Play (Android-only), Game Center (iOS-only), and Apple ID (iOS-only), are platform-specific and do not carry over between devices.

How to Transfer Your Account

If Your Account Was Already Linked to Facebook or Google:

  1. Install Critical Ops on your new device.
  2. On the login screen, tap the Facebook or Google option.
  3. Log in using the same Facebook or Google account you linked to your Critical Ops profile.
  4. Your account progress should load automatically.

If Your Account Was Not Yet Linked to Facebook or Google:

  1. Open Critical Ops on your old device (where the account is still accessible).
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the main menu.
  3. Link your account to Facebook or Google using the available options.
  4. Once linked, go to your new device, launch the game, and log in via Facebook or Google.

⚠️ What If I No Longer Have Access to the Old Device?

If your account wasn't linked to Facebook or Google and you can't access your old device anymore, recovery may still be possible only if you can log in using your original platform:

  • Log in using a device that supports Google Play (for Android accounts), Game Center (for iOS accounts), or Apple ID (for iOS accounts).
  • Once logged in, link your account to Facebook or Google via the profile menu to enable cross-platform access.
  • We cannot perform this linking or transfer for you—it must be done from a device where the account can be accessed using the original login method.

If you no longer have access to such a device, recovery is unfortunately not possible.

  • We cannot see or confirm which Facebook or Google account is linked to your game account.
  • If you're having trouble accessing your Facebook or Google account, please contact Facebook Support or Google Support directly.
  • We highly recommend linking your account to Facebook or Google as soon as possible for long-term account security and cross-platform flexibility.
