Account Protection
To ensure the security of your Critical Ops account and to make sure you can recover it if necessary, it’s important to follow best practices for account protection. Here's how you can safeguard your account:
Link Your Account
- Link your account to Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or Game Center. This is the only way to recover your account if you lose access to it.
- Without linking, you cannot get your account back if it's lost.
- Read more on how to save and link your account here.
Keep Your Info Secure
- Enable two-factor authentication on your linked account for extra security.
- Never share your account details with anyone, not even your best friend.
- Critical Ops developers will never ask for your account information.
Account Sharing or Trading
- Under our Terms of Use, sharing, selling, or trading accounts is strictly prohibited. This includes lending or borrowing accounts or purchasing accounts from third parties.
- If we detect that your account has been shared, sold, or traded, it will result in a permanent ban.
Hacked Account
- If your account is hacked, you must contact the platform that your account is linked to (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple) immediately to secure it. Account security is the player's responsibility, and it’s important to take action as soon as possible to protect your account.
- Unfortunately, if you lose access to the linked platform (such as your Facebook or Google account), we cannot recover your Critical Ops account
Multiple Accounts on One Device
We do not support or recommend using multiple accounts on the same device. Doing so can lead to account issues, and we cannot assist with recovery if an account is lost or inaccessible due to multiple accounts being used.
Please ensure you're using only one account per device to avoid any complications. If you have more than one account, we suggest choosing the one you’d like to continue using and logging in exclusively with it.
