I have received a ban. What should I do?

If you have been banned, it's likely due to activities that violate our Terms of Use, such as hacking, using prohibited software, fraudulent purchases, modified installations, virtualization tools, emulators, or tampering with game files or memory.

Our developers verified the ban, confirming that malicious activity has occurred. These bans are imposed as a serious consequence for violating our rules.

Permanent bans are issued for hacking or severe ToU violations, and we do not reverse these bans. They are intended to ensure fair play and maintain the integrity of the game.

If you were temporarily banned for playing with hackers or ghosting/party ghosting, we strongly advise you to avoid repeating these actions. These actions disrupt gameplay, and engaging in them again may result in a permanent ban in the future. Play only with trusted friends to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.
