Account Bans

We understand that getting banned can be frustrating. Here’s everything you need to know about how bans work, how to check your ban status, and what to do if you think the ban is a mistake.

Why Was My Account Banned?

The reason for your ban is shown directly in your profile under the ban reason section. This reason typically reflects a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct such as cheating, exploiting bugs, or abusive behavior. Our development team confirms most bans, but there’s always a small possibility that a ban could have been applied in error.

How to Check Ban Duration

The duration of your ban will be shown in the play menu within the game. Depending on the severity of the violation, bans can range from temporary to permanent. Once the timer on the menu runs out, the ban automatically expires, and you can play again.

What Should I Do If I Believe My Ban Was a Mistake?

If you believe your account was banned incorrectly, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the Ban Reason: Review the ban reason displayed in your profile to ensure you understand the violation.
  2. Wait for the Ban to Expire: In most cases, bans are temporary and will expire once the ban duration ends.
  3. Contact Support: If you believe the ban was applied in error, please contact our support team with relevant details. We’ll investigate and clarify the situation as best we can.

Important Notes:

  • We do not lift bans early if they were correctly applied.
  • Permanent bans are final, and account access will not be restored.
  • If your account has been permanently banned, you can start fresh with a new account.
  • While most bans are accurate, if you suspect an error, don’t hesitate to contact support for clarification.
