Account Recovery After Changing Devices

If you’ve switched devices, you can recover your account by logging in with the credentials linked to your account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or Game Center) on the new device. There's no need to reset your progress or go through recovery steps if your account is already linked to one of the supported services.

Lost Access to Your Critical Ops Account?

If you've lost access to your Critical Ops account, follow these steps to recover it:

Step-by-Step Account Recovery:

Clear your cache and data

For Android users:

  • Go to your device's settings.
  • Find Apps or Applications and select Critical Ops.
  • Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data to reset the app.

IOS users can uninstall and reinstall the app.

Create a New Guest Account

  • Open the game and create a new guest account.
  • Do not link to Google, Game Center, or Facebook at this stage.

Complete the Tutorial

  • Follow the tutorial to get through the basics of the game.

Change Server

  • After you've completed the tutorial, from the main menu, go to Play → Custom Games → Filters → Server.
  • Select a different server from the available list (do not use the automatic option).

Link Your Account

  • Once you've changed the server, make sure you're logging in with the correct credentials that are linked to your account
  • Link your account to either Facebook, Google, or Game Center.
  • If you’re prompted to link to an account but it’s not your original one, your account link has been discarded, and unfortunately, we cannot recover it.

Important Notes:

  • To recover your account, it must be linked to a service like Facebook, Google, or Game Center. If your account was unlinked and not connected to any service, it cannot be recovered.
  • Critical Ops does not have access to login details used for login methods linked to Critical Ops profiles, so if you've forgotten your login credentials, you will have to try to recall them on your own or contact the respective service support team and see if they can assist you.
  • Using multiple accounts on the same device is not supported and goes against our Terms of Use. Please avoid linking more than one account per device.
