I Did Not Get My Purchase!
When you make a purchase in Tumble Troopers, it is usually delivered right away. However, sometimes there may be a delay due to payment processing or high traffic on the platform.
In cases where a purchase is delayed, we recommend not trying to make another purchase for the same item. Doing so may result in an unwanted charge.
If you haven’t received your purchase after 24 hours, please contact Apple Support, as they handle all payments made through the App Store.

Apple Confirmed I Made a Purchase, But I Still Don’t See It—What Should I Do?
If Apple has confirmed that your purchase was processed but you still don’t see the item in the game, please contact our support team. Provide as many details as possible about your purchase to help us investigate the issue.
Why Was I Overcharged?
On iOS devices, multiple purchases can be grouped into a single transaction on your receipt. The receipt may also take a few days to be sent, which can make it seem like all purchases were made on the same day.
