I Didn't Get My Purchase
When you make a purchase in Tumble Troopers, it usually gets delivered right away. However, sometimes, there may be delays due to payment processing issues or high traffic on the platform.
If 24 hours have passed and your purchase hasn't gone through, please contact our support team and provide the receipt(s) for the missing purchase(s).
To find your receipt(s) on the Google Play Store:
- Go to payments.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
- Select the order to see your receipt.
- Find an ID that looks like this: GPA.1234-1234-1243-12435.
- Copy it or take a screenshot and send it to us in your message.
Please do not send details about your bank, credit card, or PayPal account. All we need is the purchase ID from Google Play.
My Purchase Was Canceled
Some orders may be canceled due to issues with the payment method or billing address. Don’t worry; you won't be charged for the canceled purchase. You can verify your payment details by logging into your Google Pay account and checking Payment methods.
I Cannot Make a Purchase
If you're having trouble making a purchase in Tumble Troopers, try the following steps:
1. Check Your Connectivity
Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If your connection is not working, try making the purchase later.
2. Restart the Game
If you haven’t received an in-app item after making a purchase, try closing and restarting the game.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Apps or Manage applications (this may vary by device).
- Tap the app you used to make the purchase.
- Tap Force stop.
- Re-open the game and check if your item has been delivered.
3. Verify Payment Status
You can confirm if the payment went through by checking your order history: On the Play Store App:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
4. Update the Play Store
In-app purchases work best with the latest version of the Play Store. To update:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Settings, then About, and tap Play Store version.
- The app will update or notify you that you're using the latest version.
5. Log In and Out of Your Google Play Account
Log out of your current Google Play account and log back in. If you have another account, try logging into that one and then switch back to your original account.
