Vault

Vault is a brand-new reward system in Critical Ops that gives you more control over the content you unlock.

What is Vault?

• Vault is a new store that offers items for a new currency called Vault Chips.

• Vault features new and rotating offers with a variety of items to redeem.

• Vault allows you to choose the rewards you want for yourself, giving you more flexibility than previous systems.

How to Get Vault Chips

Vault Chips are earned through Vault Vouchers:

• Purchase a Voucher with Credits or through an in-app purchase.

• Decrypt your Voucher by earning XP through gameplay.

• Each Voucher can be decrypted to earn up to 40 Vault Chips in total.

• You receive 1 Vault Chip immediately upon purchasing a Voucher.

Earning XP

You can earn XP to decrypt your Vouchers by:

• Playing and completing matches

• Completing daily missions

• Completing weekly challenges

Remember that leaving a match before it finishes will prevent you from earning XP, and custom games do not give any XP.

Vouchers & Vault Chips

• Vouchers are available through in-app purchases.

• Your Vault Chips do not reset — they remain in your account as long as you keep them.

• The only way to spend Vault Chips is by redeeming them for items in the Vault store.

• Once spent, Vault Chips are gone and cannot be recovered, so choose carefully!

Why Remove Critical Pass?

The Vault system replaces Critical Pass and gives players more choice in how they spend their rewards. Instead of progressing through a fixed tier system, you can now save up Vault Chips and redeem them for the items you actually want from the rotating Vault store.
