Troubleshooting Issues with Starting Critical Ops
If you're having trouble launching Critical Ops, this guide will help you identify the most common causes and fix them.
Emulator Usage
Critical Ops is designed to be played on mobile devices only. If you're attempting to play the game using an emulator on a PC or other non-mobile platform, this could be the reason you're unable to start the game. We do not support emulators, and they can cause various issues, including crashes or failures to start the game.
Cheats or Modifications
Any third-party tools, cheats, or modifications—such as tweaks or hacks—are strictly not allowed and can prevent the game from starting. These kinds of programs may interfere with game files and performance and will lead to a permanent ban on your account.
Only Install from Supported Sources
Ensure you have downloaded Critical Ops from a supported app store, such as:
- Google Play Store (for Android devices)
- App Store (for iOS devices)
- Amazon Appstore (for devices without Google services)
Critical Ops does not support installations from third-party platforms like APKPure or TapTap, and installing from these sources can cause errors or prevent the game from launching properly.
App Cloning/duplication Issues
If your device uses features like app twin, parallel space, or any similar app cloning tools, these can also cause problems with starting Critical Ops. These tools duplicate apps on your device and can interfere with the game's functionality. If you're using such a feature, we recommend disabling it before trying to launch Critical Ops.
If You Still Experience Issues
If you’ve confirmed the above points and are still having trouble starting the game, try the following:
- Restart your device to ensure no background processes are interfering with the game.
- Reinstall the game from a supported app store (Google Play, App Store or Amazon Appstore).
- Clear the game's cache (on Android) or reinstall the app (on iOS) to resolve any corrupted files.
If the problem persists after following these steps, contact our support team with details about your device and the error message you're encountering.
