Resetting Account Stats and Data

Critical Ops does not offer a feature or service to reset player account statistics, ratings, or any other gameplay data. This includes requests made with an offer of payment.

The integrity of player records and the game's competitive balance are important to us as game developers. Therefore, account data cannot be manually altered or reset.

Creating a new account is the only option if you wish to start with a clean record.
