Refunds and In-Game Purchases

As with most downloadable software products, items bought through our games are most of the time non-refundable. The transaction process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices), Google (for Android devices), or Amazon (for Amazon devices).

Refund Process by Platform

  • Apple (iOS devices): Go to the Apple Support page, scroll down to select "Get Support, then choose "Apps & Software" and "Purchases, Billing & Redemption"."
  • Google (Android devices): Visit Google Play Help, and under "Refunds & Returns", follow the instructions to request a refund.
  • Amazon (Amazon devices): Go to the Amazon Appstore Help, navigate to "Returns & Refunds", and choose the appropriate option for your refund request.

Please note that most purchases, including cases, credits, and offers, are often final and cannot be refunded even if you bought them by mistake. Keep in mind that purchase screens in Critical Ops have confirmations, so make sure to read what the menu says before tapping any buttons to avoid making any accidental or unwanted purchases.

What Happens After a Refund?

If you refund your purchase, the credits received from that purchase will be removed, along with any items obtained with those credits (such as skins or cases) will be taken from your inventory.

To prevent accidental purchases or refunds, consider setting a password or restricting access to in-app purchases on your device.
