Lost Items
It can be concerning when you don’t see your purchased or unlocked items. Here's what you need to know about how items are handled and what could cause them to disappear.
How In-Game Items Are Handled
All in-game items, including skins, cases, and credits, are stored on our servers. They can only be lost if a real-money purchase has been refunded through Google Play or the App Store. If you refund an in-app purchase, all credits and items you received from the refunded purchase are removed.
Game Crashes and Missing Items
If the game crashes or closes when you open a case, don't worry, your items are not lost. The skin you unlock is placed directly into your inventory, and crashes will not cause them to be removed. If you don’t see a new skin or item, check your inventory carefully, as new items can sometimes be easy to miss.
Logged Into the Correct Account
Make sure you’re logged into the correct account before making purchases or opening cases. If you’ve switched accounts or are logged out, your items might appear in a different account. Double-check you're on the right profile to see your items.
