In Critical Ops, a variety of in-game items are available to improve your style and personalize your look! Here’s what you can find in the store:
Cases
Cases contain a variety of skins, animations, and agents. The type of case you open determines the rarity and collection of the items you receive. Cases can be purchased with credits in the in-game shop, and some milestones also reward you with cases.
Skins
Skins are cosmetic enhancements for your weapons, giving them a unique look. You can obtain skins by purchasing skin cases, grinding the Critical Pass, buying bundles, or purchasing them from the marketplace. Skins are also available for direct purchase during Special Deals. The rarity and type of skin you get depend on the case you open.
Animations
Animations are unique, customizable animations that change how actions like reloading or inspecting your weapon are displayed in the game. You can unlock different animations through cases and special offers or check them out from the marketplace and add a personalized touch to your in-game actions.
Critical Pass
The Critical Pass is a player progression system that rewards you with skins, credits, and cases. By purchasing the Critical Pass, you unlock additional rewards that are not available in the free tiers. It's a great value for credits, offering exclusive items each season. XP is earned by completing ranked and quick games (note: leaving a match early will prevent you from earning XP).
Special Deals
Special Deals include limited-time offers and bundles available in the store. These deals often provide great value and are available briefly, so grab them while they last! Keep an eye on the store for exciting new deals that offer extra content and savings.
Agents
Agents are the playable character models in Critical Ops. These characters are customizable and provide a unique visual experience in every match. You can unlock agents through special deals or bundles or purchase them directly from the marketplace. Choose your agent to represent you on the battlefield and showcase your style!
Emblems
Emblems are profile pictures that you can display on your loadout. They are a way to further personalize your appearance and showcase your style to others in the game.
