I Did Not Get My Purchase

When you make a purchase in Critical Ops, it is usually delivered immediately. However, delays can occasionally happen due to payment processing issues or heavy traffic on the App Store.

If a purchase is delayed, we recommend not attempting to buy the same item again, as this may lead to an unwanted charge.

If you haven’t received your purchase after 24 hours, please contact Apple Support, as they manage all payments made through the App Store.


Apple Confirmed I Made a Purchase, But I Still Don’t See It—What Should I Do?

If Apple has confirmed that your purchase was processed but the item hasn't appeared in your game, please contact our support team. Include as many details as possible about your purchase to help us investigate the issue.


Why Was I Overcharged?

On iOS devices, multiple purchases may be grouped into a single transaction on your Apple receipt. Additionally, receipts are sometimes delayed by a few days, which can make it look like multiple charges happened on the same day.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please reach out to Apple Support. They can provide a breakdown of your transactions and explain any regional taxes or fees that may apply.
