I Didn't Receive Credits from an Offer – What Should I Do?

If you haven't received credits after completing an offer, here's what you should know:

Sometimes it takes a few days for the credits to be rewarded. Generally, ad providers may take up to 3 days to credit your account after completing the offer. Please check the offer or ad for any specified timeframes.

What You Can Do:

Check the task status and verify whether it is marked as "Completed" or still "In Progress." Make sure you've met all the conditions listed for the offer.

Be patient, as the process can take time. Offer providers need to confirm your activity before issuing rewards, so it may take longer than expected.

Tapjoy Offers:

If you're missing credits for Tapjoy offers, follow these steps:

Tap the three lines in the top-left corner of the Offer Wall. Select Help & Privacy from the menu. Then tap General FAQ for further help on this issue.

If needed, follow the instructions provided to submit a ticket. Be sure to include any relevant information or proof of offer completion.

Important Notes for Tapjoy:

Only completions that are approved by the advertiser will be rewarded. Offers are only valid for first-time users, so reinstalling the game won’t qualify as a new install. You can only claim a reward once per offer, so don’t submit multiple tickets for the same offer. If the offer is marked as completed, and you still haven't received the credits, contact Tapjoy's support team directly. Critical Ops support cannot assist with missing Offer Wall credits as these are handled by our ad provider.
