I can't play Ranked due to a penalty. What do I do?

⚠️ Please note that our support team does not remove penalties caused by leaving or griefing with the Incendiary Grenade⚠️

If you leave, go AFK, disconnect from ranked matches, or leave a match prematurely for any reason, you will receive a ranked penalty. This penalty is gradual and prevents you from playing ranked for a set period of time. Here’s the penalty progression:

• First penalty: 30-minute suspension
• Second penalty: 1-day suspension
• Third penalty: 2-day suspension
• Fourth or more penalties: 7-day suspension

This penalty is not a ban and will automatically expire once the penalty period ends. You can still play Custom and Quick Games while the penalty is active.

Please note that you are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring your device has enough battery during ranked matches. We are not responsible for internet, power outages, or disconnections; unfortunately, penalties will not be removed in these cases.

Griefing with the Incendiary Grenade

Causing intentional damage to your teammates with incendiary grenades—or intentionally walking into the flames to trigger damage—can disrupt gameplay and lead to a ranked penalty.

These penalties follow the same progression as other ranked suspensions.

You will receive warnings before any penalty is applied to help prevent accidental incidents from being punished.
