If a player is cheating, exploiting, or behaving inappropriately, the best way to report them is through the in-game reporting tool.

Use the In-Game Reporting Tool

The in-game system is the fastest and most effective way to report suspicious behavior. Reports sent through the game go directly into our review system, where the team investigates them.

To report a player in-game:

1. Open the scoreboard during or after a match.
2. Tap on the player’s name.
3. Select "Report Player" and choose the reason.

Available report categories:

• Idle: Players who are inactive or AFK during the match.
• Hacking: For players suspected of using cheats or hacks.
• Abusive Chat: For players using toxic, offensive, or inappropriate language.
• Griefing: For players harassing teammates or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.

⚠️ We strongly encourage using the in-game tool whenever possible. Reports made this way are automatically linked to match logs, making the review faster and more accurate.

Manual Reports (Only If In-Game Reporting Is Not Possible)

In rare cases where in-game reporting isn’t available—such as a connection issue or crash—you may send a report to our support team. However, please include all of the following to ensure your report can be reviewed:

• The suspected player’s username and/or user ID
• A clear video recording showing the violation
• Timestamps for any videos longer than 30 seconds (e.g., “at 1:15, the player shoots through walls”)

⚠️ Please note: Reports without valid evidence or required details may not be reviewed. We appreciate all reports, but please note that screenshots are often not sufficient—especially for cheating or chat-related abuse. Screenshots can lack important context or fail to show the full extent of a violation. Whenever possible, please include a video that clearly shows the issue. This helps us verify the situation accurately and take the right action.
