Android Purchase Issues

I Didn’t Get My Purchase

When you make a purchase in Critical Ops, it is usually delivered immediately. However, delays can occasionally occur due to payment processing or high traffic on the platform.

If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact our support team and include a screenshot or copy of the receipt for the missing item(s).

How to Find Your Google Play Receipt:

  1. Go to payments.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
  2. On the left menu, click Subscriptions and Services.
  3. Click View Purchases.
  4. Select the relevant order to view the receipt.
  5. Look for an ID that looks like this: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567.

Please copy the full transaction ID or take a screenshot and include it in your message to us.

⚠️ Do not send any personal financial information like bank, credit card, or PayPal details. We only need the Google Play transaction ID.

My Purchase Was Canceled

Some purchases may be automatically canceled due to issues with your payment method or billing address. If this happens, you won’t be charged. You can review your payment setup by logging into Google Pay and checking under Payment Methods.

I Cannot Make a Purchase

  • Navigate to Apps or Manage applications (depending on your device, this may be different).
  • Find and tap Critical Ops.
  • Tap Force Stop.
  • Relaunch the game and check if the item was delivered.

3. Confirm the Payment Went Through

On the Google Play Store app:

  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Tap your profile picture in the top right.
  • Select Payments & subscriptionsBudget & history.
  • Check if the purchase appears in your order history.

4. Update the Play Store App

To ensure compatibility with in-app purchases:

  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Tap your profile picture > Settings > About.
  • Tap the Play Store version. If an update is available, it will install automatically.

5. Sign Out and Back In

Try logging out of your Google Play account and signing back in. If you use multiple Google accounts, switch between them and then return to your primary account.
