Agents are cosmetic characters that change your in-game appearance and sounds, giving your gameplay a unique flair. They do not provide any competitive advantage—they do not affect hitboxes, health, or damage, only your visual and audio style.
Two agents, Rookie and Nomad, are available to all players from the start. Additional agents can be unlocked from Cases, Special Deals, or purchased from the Community Marketplace.
You can equip agents in two ways:
- Inventory: Go to your Inventory screen and select the agent you want.
- Loadout: Agents can now be equipped directly through your Loadout, allowing you to quickly select your preferred agent before entering a match.
Agents are faction-specific: for example, Nomad can only be used by The Breach, and Rookie by Coalition.
While purely cosmetic, agents’ visual designs also help distinguish factions. The Breach agents follow a specific color scheme, and so do Coalition agents, making it easier to identify enemies using outline indicators.
