Agents are cosmetic characters that alter your in-game appearance and sounds, adding a unique flair to your gameplay. They do not provide any competitive advantage, as they do not affect hitboxes, health, or damage, only the way you look in-game.
Two agents, Rookie and Nomad, are available to all players from the start. Additional agents can be unlocked from Cases, Special Deals or purchasing them from the Community Marketplace.
To equip an agent, go to your Inventory screen and select the agent. Agents are faction-specific, for example Nomad can only be used by The Breach and Rookie by Coalition.
Although agents are purely cosmetic, their distinct visual design helps differentiate between factions. The Breach agents typically follow a certain color scheme, and so do Coalition agents, making it easier to recognize enemies with the enemy outline indicators.
