Age-Based Feature Restrictions
Why are some features unavailable on my account?
Certain in-game features may be restricted based on the age provided when the account is first created or when logging in. These restrictions are applied automatically to comply with safety and legal requirements.
What features can be restricted?
Depending on the registered age, the following features may be unavailable:
- In-game chat (including cross-team chat)
- Social communication features
- Marketplace access
- Profanity filter settings
- Case purchases and other in-game purchases
Can Support remove these restrictions?
No. Age-based restrictions are applied automatically by the system and cannot be manually lifted or adjusted by Support.
What if the age was entered incorrectly?
If you entered the age incorrectly, reinstalling the game allows you to enter it correctly.
Please note that intentionally providing false age information may result in account-related consequences.
